The Swopper
The Swopper was developed to aid people in dynamic seating. With its unique spring system and lack of back support, the Swopper encourages movement forcing you to use your muscles to support your back. Once seated you automatically assume the correct sitting posture. With each movement the Swopper allows you to reach, stretch and bounce keeping the spine lubricated and flexible, and relieving tension, lower back pain, and fatigue. The Swopper is similar to an exercise ball in that it helps build your core muscle. Initially you may only be able to use the Swopper for a short while. Once you begin to build muscle, prolonged use of the Swopper is possible.
