Green Process Product
The Ergo Bed is a Green Process Product. In addition to a long term passion for designing supremely comfortable and technologically superior memory foam mattress, our manufacturer also uphold a 360° "Green" manufacturing commitment by: developing applications for innovative and sustainable plant-based formulas; by leading the industry in the use of products created using zero-air emissions manufacturing processes; and by applying the most efficient direct-to-store and consumer-direct delivery methods for a reduced carbon footprint. This product has less impact on the landfills by using biodegradable products and rapidly renewing materials. EcoMemoryFoam uses a 100% natural petroleum substitute in manufacturing the memory foam and is processed in a zero emissions chamber. There are also fewer chemicals and less energy used in the refining process. Our unique shipping process is environmentally friendly because the transportation footprint uses a fraction of the normal truck space therefore saves fuel and reduces emissions. All these efforts reflect our commitment to help "Renew the Earth"

Bamboo MemStretch Cover: This exclusively designed Bamboo and Spandex fabric cover works with the memory foam and anatomic support layers to provide a highly compliant sleep surface. Bamboo is naturally anti-microbial and hypoallergenic.
Enhanced Anatomic Support Layer: This patent pending enhanced memory foam layer adds lateral elasticity and a fluid feel to the mattress. This produce unique body shape conformation and creates correct posture while you sleep.
Transition Layer: An extra firm layer of memory foam provides a smooth and gentle transition from the comfort and anatomic layers above to the core support layer below.
Rigid Base Layer: A super firm environmentally friendly layer provides a flat and square edged base for anchoring the entire mattress construction.
Bio Foam Core Support Layer: A high-density foam support layer engineered to be the perfect foundation for all the memory foam layers to ride on.
EcoMemoryFoam Layer: An extreme open cell, bio based memory foam that has 9 times the airflow of traditional memory foam for a cooler night's sleep. EcoMemoryFoam's plushness elevates the mattress' comfort and will improve circulation.
