Aireloom® has been a family owned and operated
bedding manufacturer since 1949. Soon after Aireloom’s®
creation their beautifully designed hand made
beds became a favorite among Hollywood celebrities.
Each Aireloom® mattress is individually crafted
with close attention to detail and tailoring,
making them the most elegant beds available. Ergo
Customized Comfort has chosen Aireloom® for
its exceptional comfort and unique pressure relieving
benefits.
The Aireloom® beds offered at Ergo are designed
to maximize comfort and provide synchronized
support. This comfort starts with cushioning
layers of pure Joma wool. Below this
layer of cushioning, Aireloom® mattresses
provide optimum pressure relief using pocket spring
technology to maximize body balance and provide
individual sleep support. Each bed is also carefully
hand tufted for superior responsiveness
and durability. Although Aireloom® manufactures
many levels of product, Ergo exclusively offers
the top-of-the-line Aireloom® beds featuring
pure Joma wool, hand-assembled pocket springs
and hand tufting.

Why wool?
The Aireloom® beds offered at Ergo use only
pure New Zealand Joma wool and the highest quality
Belgian fabrics in their quilted covers. Wool
is more resilient than typical quilting material,
providing a sleep surface that relieves pressure
and cushions the body. Wool also allows air to
circulate, regulating temperature and maintaining
a moisture-free bed that is hypoallergenic, mildew
resistant and odor free. While other mattresses
claiming to feature wool are actually blending
to 90% synthetic fiber, only 100% pure wool cushioning
can qualify for the Joma wool certification.
Why hand tufting?
Every Aireloom® bed at Ergo features hand
tufting. Tufting is an old world technique of
tying the contents of the bed together at strategic
points to prevent shifting of the upholstery materials.
This is especially critical in the thicker, plusher
mattresses that are being made today. Hand tufting
each mattress requires additional hours of skilled
labor, but the end result is superior responsiveness.
The less expensive methods employed in making
mass-produced mattresses unfortunately result
in a stiff, unresponsive bed.
Why pocket springs?
The Aireloom® beds offered at Ergo feature
hand assembled pocket
spring technology in the mattress. This unique
honeycomb arrangement, only possible in a hand
assembled spring unit, minimizes the space between
coils providing additional support for your body.
The individually encased coils also allow for
independent movement, allowing the mattress to
respond to your body and contour where you need
it. |
